Donna is a conveyancing specialist and has practised as a Registered Legal Executive since 1995 when she was first registered with the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. On completion of 15 years of registration with the Institute her membership was upgraded to the highest level of Fellow. This enables Donna to take declarations under the Oaths and Declarations Act in addition to her specialist areas detailed below.
She joined Evans Bailey in March 2004 after returning to the work force following parental leave. Donna began her career as a search and registration, and later worked as a secretary and Legal Executive in other Hamilton firms before joining Evans Bailey. She is experienced in all areas of residential conveyancing transactions and specialises in subdivisional work.
Donna’s husband David proudly supports her career and she cherishes the time she has with their two sons. Donna regularly volunteers her time at their sons’ places of education including serving on the Board of Trustees. In her spare time she enjoys house renovating, gardening, watching netball, rugby and rugby league, and supporting her children’s sporting commitments.
