Andrew Fletcher, Director

Andrew is the managing director of the firm. He has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial, rural and residential property transactions, including subdivisions and developments. Andrew acts for a substantial number of commercial and business clients, with particular emphasis on business sales and purchases, structure and financing. Over the years Andrew has also developed a speciality in advising in relation to the establishment and management of family trusts. Andrew has experience in commercial property as an owner; giving him the unique ability to deliver advice from a landlord’s perspective.

Andrew is currently the board chairman of Inter-Country Adoption New Zealand (ICANZ), which aids families who wish to adopt children internationally. He served on the local Standards Committee of the NZ Law Society for many years and has been a council member of the Waikato Bay of Plenty District Law Society. He currently assists with presentations of the Trust Account Supervisors course in Hamilton. In his spare time he runs, plays tennis and enjoys spending time with his family.
